Guests may enter the property from the gate located upon enterin driveway. Some say they feel as if they “have arrived at last” as they enter the 2500 plus square foot home and turn into the Great Room with it's contemporary, new furnishings and dark hardwood floors.

Scenic Solitude has been updated in 2020, the baths, fixtures and furnishings are new, modern, comfortable and bright. That and five large flat-screen, Smart TV's plus high speed Internet and Wi-Fi will accommodate visitors comfortably.

The Great Room offers guests a comfortable seating area, and adjoins the Dining area and fully equipped Chef's Kitchen. The Kitchen has quartz counter-tops, shaker cabinetry, classic hardware, Thermador and Wolf appliances and ample pantry space.

Scenic Solitude offers guest three generous bedrooms with Flat Screen Smart TV's, new beds, luxurious bedding and newly remodeled en suite bathrooms. It also has a bonus den/family room with flat screen T.V. and queen sofa sleeper.

An open view terrace fronts this structure, complete with LED lighting , patio furniture and views. The upstairs back yard is home to the Built in Gas Grill, patio furniture and a gas firepit.

The freshly updated kitchen features new appliances and is fully equipped to meet either your family chefs or private chefs needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with new cookware, serving ware, dining ware, flat ware...

Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.

In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property or a neighboring home may have electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.

The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.
