Mary Jane's Story
Mary Jane is the go-to professional for all your home needs, boasting an extensive background in entrepreneurship, hospitality management, and property management, as well as a discerning eye for design.
How it all started
I'm a proud California native, driven by a commitment to excellence and personal growth. Starting college at sixteen while working at a local shop, I quickly rose to become a manager, fueling my ambition. But it was in entrepreneurship that my passion truly bloomed. I successfully established and managed a thriving Mortgage Company in beautiful Lake Tahoe. This period also brought immense joy as I welcomed my three beloved sons: Holden, Devun, and Tre.
I joined a local vacation rental startup in 2012, eager to find new opportunities for growth. In a short amount of time, I was promoted to the position of Director of Operations. In this role, I managed a support staff responsible for various tasks such as reservations, check-ins, check-outs, cleaning, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. I built strong relationships with owners and clients which is a skill I still prioritize to this day.
I consider myself truly fortunate to live and work here.
How it is going
Although I immediately found success in my role at the start-up, my journey took an unforeseen turn when I crossed paths with Joseph Sennish, who would later become my business partner and husband. Together, we recognized the potential for even greater achievements by combining our efforts. As a result, we have successfully established a business that fills us with immense pride. Our small team consists of both family members and individuals who have become like family to us. After dedicating a decade to caring for other people's homes in my home state, I am exceedingly proud of the accomplishments my family and I have achieved.
