This home is tastefully appointed with family heirloom antiques mixed with attractive contemporary pieces. The common areas have hardwood floors, and there is wall-to-wall wool carpeting in the bedrooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen are complimented with cathedral ceilings and lots of light.

The spacious kitchen is a chef’s dream that boasts stunning granite counter-tops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a gas Viking stove with griddle. Between the kitchen and the living room is a well-equipped zinc bar area.
Three bedrooms are located on the main floor-all spacious, beautifully decorated and outfitted with luxury beds and linens.
The Master bedroom enjoys high beamed ceilings, skylights, a hand-crafted Carmel Stone gas fireplace and French doors leading outside to a lovely patio.

 The king bed looks out into the patio and garden area where you can enjoy your coffee as you bask in the morning sun. The room invites you to relax with a good book or enjoy a movie on a 40” high-definition TV. Or it could serve as your “home office”. A large desk, printer/scanner and Wi-Fi allow you to stay connected and get away guilt free.

The Master bathroom has marble, limestone and mosaic tile accents and has 2 sinks, an air-jet Jacuzzi tub and spacious walk-in shower.

The other bedrooms are located off the main hallway and share a bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, luxury linens and has ample closet space. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a king bed with a comfortable foam topper. Both bedrooms are decorated with the seashore in mind, soothing palettes of sea-foam green and blues that accentuate this charming coastal town.

The bathroom maintains the beach vibe with blue glass tile and marble with an over-sized walk-in shower.
A spacious deck off the hallway invites you to relax and enjoy the moderate Carmel Mediterranean climate. A barbeque is provided for you to dine al fresco.

The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level of the home and has its own bathroom and walk-in shower. It can serve as a second master suite, with a king size bed, or it’s a perfect place for kids to hang out as the sleeping arrangements can be converted into two twin beds. The décor is all about the beach! A 40” high-definition TV and DVD player round out the room. 

The owners have taken great pride in this house and the attention to detail can be seen throughout. Beside the top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures, high quality furniture, beds and bedding, they have also provided everything you’ll need to enjoy your time at the beach. You will find in the garage a ping pong table, chairs, blankets, umbrella, coolers and plastic tableware and glassware.

The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.
